Have you ever noticed that the words “all”
and “change” are embedded in the word “Challenge”?
This alludes to the fact that all of us need to change
to overcome challenges and stay relevant in today’s
ever-changing environment. If we always do the same things
or do things in the same way, we won’t be able to
meet the challenges of our work and life. Only by taking
the bold step to do different things or to do the same
things differently can we continually improve and be in
time for the future. And that’s what PS21 is all
