"Gasp! Patrick the Starfish (of Spongbob Squarepants fame) was netted at a Singapore Police Force retreat! He was in dire straits, with ill-fitting shorts and a measles outbreak! But he was warmly welcomed and adopted into the family, where he spent the rest of the day inordinately pleased with himself for finally finding a place to settle down.
The retreat was an important time for the
unit to foster bonds with each other. Nothing
helps mend strained relationships caused by
