It’s time for the annual PS21 ExCEL Convention and Award Ceremony again! This year, it’s going to be a convention with a difference! Afterall, it is the 10th anniversary of the PS21 movement.

For a start, the event will be held at the spanking new National Library and Drama Centre. Featuring a one-day carnival jam-packed with activities, there will not be a dull moment with highlights such as an insightful exhibition of innovative ideas, guided tours of the new library, and not to mention, a surprise or two! Come and find out what
these are, and how our colleagues have made a difference with their
innovative ideas.

What’s more — you will have a say in which three projects will get into the finals. All you need is a voting slip, which you can get from your ministry’s PS21 coordinator. The voting results from the exhibition, which will be open to all officers, will make up 20% of the overall score.

The top three groups will present their projects in front of a panel of critical and hard-to-please judges in the finals held in the afternoon (the presentation is by invitation only). Will they be able to take the heat and rise up to the challenge? Who will up their game? Who will be left biting the dust? You have to be there to find out!

And once again, we want you to make the difference. The top project team will be determined by a combination of audience votes and evaluation by a separate panel of judges. So come and support your favourite team and bring the house down with your cheers and applause!

In addition to the projects on show at the exhibition, each ministry will also communicate how it has led change, innovation and learning within the organisation. Visit the booths to find out what our colleagues at different ministries are doing. Start imagining opportunities for collaboration and help us realise our goal of becoming a truly networked government.

So mark your calendars now and join us in making a difference!
