You
are doing a great job. I like the creative
presentation and artwork. |
| • |
Keep up the good work and interesting
stories! |
| • |
You have done a
good job. Keep it up!!!!!!!!! |
| • |
I’m very satisfied with the
present website. |
| • |
The layout is not interesting. I feel
like I’m reading a newspaper with
serious news. I prefer the hard copy
which has more graphics. |
| • |
I find the layout of the articles
too cluttered. |
| • |
The articles, especially
the Cover Story, have been very inspiring
and thought-provoking. Keep up the good
work! |
| • |
The section “A Line For You”
is excellent. Head, Civil Service is
able to deliver the message through
analogies and stories. |
| • |
I like the “search”
and “archive” functions
in Challenge Online. |
| • |
So far it is a very interesting website
where we can get updates and the latest
information about the Civil Service. |
| • |
Feature more frequent
updates. Have relevant articles on self-improvement. |
| • |
Highlight short key points and best
practices which can be assimilated across
ministries. |
| • |
Have less wordy
stories. |
| • |
Have more juicy or interesting articles,
tongue-in-cheek comics/jokes, etc. |
| • |
Provide more quizzes,
freebies and contests. Animation (games
and graphics) will also make the online
version more interesting. |
| • |
Can there be more winners for the
quiz? Also, more attractive prizes would
be nice too! |
| • |
Include creative
cartoons to add colour to the magazine.
Make it more colourful and eye-catching.
|
| • |
Maybe you can include easy recipes,
DIY craft instructions, tips on cooking
and using the computer, etc. |
| • |
Have an online forum
for readers to discuss articles or to
give views or feedback. |
| • |
How about having a section for public
officers to write in to ask questions
regarding policies across ministries
and statutory boards? |
| • |
Have more write-ups
on organisational excellence tools and
how various organisations deploy these
tools. |
| • |
Feature management tips and motivational
stories. |
| • |
Provide more coverage
on the best management practices in
the ministries/statutory boards and
good, innovative ideas. |
| • |
Have more news of staff on the ground
in the various fields/ministries. |
| • |
Have more stories
on intellectual property issues. |
| • |
Have stories on how staff welfare
is being looked after, and how to improve
employability. |
| • |
Feature fresh, innovative
ways to deliver excellent service to
the public. |
| • |
Show statistics on the innovation
efforts in the public sector compared
to private/international establishments
so that we can monitor how we are doing.
|
| • |
When I received
the print version of Challenge,
I would read the whole publication.
With the online version, I would usually
read one or two articles and tell myself
to read the rest later, but end up never
doing it. I find the online version
not very user-friendly as I need to
click on the topics one by one. |
| • |
The toggling between past issues and
the current issue is not so user-friendly
and needs to be improved. |
| • |
Make it easier for
readers to move from story to story.
Have fewer links to get to each page. |
| • |
The font used is not that reader-friendly.
Perhaps it could be slightly bigger
and less compressed. |
| • |
If resources permit,
can we have an interactive quiz page
rather than the current Q & A approach? |
| • |
Provide a printer-friendly version
of the stories. |
