POWER suggestion could win you $1,000! |

The
POWER (Public Officers Working on Eliminating
Red-tape) Suggestion Award recognises public
officers whose suggestions have eliminated outdated
and unduly cumbersome rules and regulations.
Worth $1,000, the award is given out twice a year. Up to six winners are awarded
each time.
How do
I qualify for the award?
Any public officer who contributes a suggestion that cuts red tape, whether it
pertains to the internal or external rules of an organisation, is automatically
eligible for the award.
Suggestions accepted under the POWER, Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) and Zero-In-Process
(ZIP) initiatives are also automatically considered. Ministries will also be
asked to nominate other outstanding suggestions, such as those accepted through
the SSS.
