It’s all happening at the HDB hubs!

fnb.hbiz.com.sg brings together up to 800 local F&B suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and retailers. Contact and product information are listed in the business directory. You can check and compare prices using the online quotation agents. You can also buy and sell products, look out for exclusive deals, try out new recipes and more.

The next time you look for sumptuous local delicacies, efficient food caterers, reliable automobile services or reasonably priced motor spare parts, you don’t have to go very far.

The F&B (Food and Beverages) Hub and Motor Hub are the latest additions to the interactive tenants community portal, www.hbiz.com.sg, launched by the Industrial Properties Department of the Housing and Development Board (HDB).

At motor.hbiz.com.sg, you can expect to find some 1,000 HDB industrialists in the motor trade. You can request for quotations or make an appointment online to service your car. Not to be missed are the exclusive offers in the promotions corner. You can also check out extensive motoring tips and search for products and services.

The portal was created to boost synergy amongst the various HDB industrialists in related trades and enhance their business opportunities and services. By bringing together the various players, HDB hopes to facilitate networking, generate dynamic cross-business relations and draw a wider customer base.

With the success of the two hubs, HDB plans to build more Web communities in the near future, including a Furnishing Hub to be launched in mid-2003.
