With
the launch of CAAS’ new Mobile Flight
Information Services, passengers and airport
users
can download Changi Airport’s flight schedules into their personal digital
assistants (PDAs) as long as they have an AvantGo account and software installed
in their PDAs. Each time they synchronise their PDAs with their computers, the
flight schedule (up to seven days in advance) will be downloaded into their devices.
Likewise, WAP-enabled handphone users
can retrieve real-time flight information
by keying in and activating the address,
